I went to a strip club for my birthday alone...
Make long story short....
I decided to treat myself to a private dance...
Well when I finally picked out the hottest girl in the place
I called her over n asked her if she had a deal on birthday boys
She said, well it's normally $25 a dance, but I'll give it to you for $20
So I said, great!
Mind you, this is my first time doing this
So I went back n the girl danced for me for about 20
Minutes....
I said wow, thanks for that...
Then I handed her the $20 dollar bill...
And she said what's this?
I said, we agreed on $20 for a dance..
She said no darling, you owe me $140...
And I freaked out and said, why??
She said, I danced for you for 7 songs and it's $20 per song...
Well little did I know this, being my first time...
I said, you said it was for a whole dance, not per song..
So to make long story short ....
She called security, I explained the situation to the guy....
And of course he was a complete *** about it n said I would have to pay the full amount....
I told him I didn't have money....
He said use the ATM here...
I said no...I have no money
After back and forth of disputing and even locked the door so I could not get out...
He went and got the manager...
The manager said, when can you pay?
Again I told him I don't have the money..
He said then I guess your spending a night in jail...
So just to shut him up and not end up in jail on my birthday..
I told him in 2 days....
He took a copy of my license and even went outside and took a picture of my tag...
My question is: can they do this and am I still liable of paying this and if I don't, what can happen

I do not know what advice to give you, but I sure enjoyed hearing your story. Wow, that is just outrageous.
Clearly, it was a misunderstanding. Hard to believe they would really come after you for $120. It would not be worth their time, so the best they can do is intimidate you into paying. I would hate to have some thug looking for me, or slashing my tires, or busting my windshield on a weekly basis until I paid. (I hope you park your car in the garage at all times.) I don’t know. Maybe you cut you loses, and be done with it. Paying $120 with a smile may be your best option to avoid buying new tires every week.

FAKE QUESTION
A friend just told me that no one does this sort of dance without getting paid UP FRONT.
I'm a dope. I have no experience in this type of thing, so I was unable to detect that the question was fake. Now I’m embarrassed. You got me on this one.
Technically yes. You asked about how much the dance cost not how much each song cost. She withheld that info. She deduced the amount knowing you would be willing to accept the offer and in the end pay more money than you were intended to pay. Sure it is a bit less but it worked. Lol. I am sorry about your unfortunate situation but I find this funny. You got played by a ******* stripper!!! Lol!!
P.S. I do not know **** about the law but I am smart and I know she tricked you. Sorry. Could be worse though.
She said $20 a dance not per song so you shouldn't be liable. But it's your word against hers which is complete BS so have a lawyer go over their policy and if she violated the policy or didn't inform you correctly you could take it to court. I would just have the money ready if I were you it's not worth it man. Still that that's bs and I would be pissed off too.
You pay. If you don't, you indeed end up in jail, or perhaps the boucer just kicks your *** real bad. Pay them.
That is why you don't go to places like that.
