Because Tien is obviously a human, Krillin doesn't have a nose but he's human; an extra eye doesn't change that fact. He has a thrid eye because of his extreme dedication to his training; simple as that.

Now on to the debate about who is the strongest human, excluding Uub and the androids, since technically they're increase powers aren't natural. If you look at the part where Picollo, Tien, Yamacha, and Krillin are being blasted by cell when him and gohan are shooting huge energy waves at each other, kamahamaha, they get thrown back in a certain order. Yamacha is the first to fly back, than Krillin, Tien, and Picollo. Now I know this may not seem like evidence but there are tons more examples like this that point to who might be the strongest. Another reason, 7 YEARS HAVE PASSED! Krillin stopped training while Tien progressed making him stronger. Gohan was stronger than everyone but Goku and Vegeta surpassed him due to his lack of training as well. Coincidence? I think not. In the hyberbolic time chamber Goku was able to surpass Vegeta within months while Vegeta trained the whole 2 years! It's all about the training! If you guys actually played attention to the series you'd know that though! I don't give a **** if I was rude before, these threads are pointless and the answers are obvious. If you guys used some common sense and thought back on the previous training methods this thread would be at the most a page long. I'll throw in another example though just so you guys can finally get this. The training before the saiyans showed up, powers increase by a lot; Goku's even more due to the fact his training was more advanced. How Goku and Krillin both increased their power levels several times in less than a year due to master roshi's training AND THE LIST GOES ON! If you don't want people like me being assholes THAN ******* THINK BEFORE YOU START DEBATING! You say you got the best grade in your class Ebon but I just gave all this evidence and information in one single post! Seriously this is absolutely pathetic. Don't start threads if you can't even state the basics about what you're discussing.
