sudden intense pain in lower abdomen?
i get an intense, cramp like pain in my lower left side, right by ny hip bone.it gets so intense that i can't lie down and have trouble breathing? it happens every couple of months, but i have no idea what it could be. Im a 16 year old male in case that helps.

this could be coming from your intestines. If you suffer from constipation it can cause you to have cramps. Place a heating pad on the area for twenty minutes and see if that helps To relax the spasm. If not see your medical doctor.
