It could be one of several things, but you need to get to a doctor for an exam. When it comes to medical advice, don't trust anyone that gives an opinion just by reading about it. You don't want to be googling scary things you don't have or worse, ignoring a serious problem because someone you don't know says you're fine.

My brother works in a hospital and tells me MANY stories of people that die needlessly because they try and diagnosis themselves online or don't seek medical attention because they are afraid of the cost.
