I have gone to my doctor, and unless it happens right there, right then.. they really don't know what it is. I've had blood sugar done, I don't have diabetes, no high/low blood pressure...
I do, however, take med for my thyroid. But it still happens... all I do when it happens to me, is stop what I'm doing, take a few deep breaths and relax. The dizziness goes away, and I'm fine...

No, you're probably dehydrated (stop drinking caffeine and soda).
