a day ago i went to a party and there was a lot of dancing (twerk) and after a lot of dances my penis got sensitive and was hurting under the head of the penis so wen i came home i iced it and took some pain killers and wen i woke up i took some stuff for inflamtory or swollen an also took some stuff that repair damaged tissues and muscles ..can any body tell me if i am doing the rite thing and how long this last
