Syntha 6 protein powder?
I'm looking to get Syntha 6 protein when I'm done with my whey protein, is it a slow digesting protein or fast? I know it has a lot of different proteins like isolate which is fast and others that are slow. And any good reviews about it?

Snytha is just whey protein. No need to buy expensive whey protein...the stuff and walmart (bodyfortress?) is just as good.
