It sounds like you are pretty close to solving the problem on your own.
Follow the information in the links below and work the stretches into the daily shower routine. Let the warm water loosen and relax the skin before stretching. If you can retract flaccid,....full erect retraction is only a matter of time. You should see good results in a two weeks with full and painless retaction in about two months. If it takes longer, it does.....not a problem. You cannot rush this by over stretching. Overstretching to the point of pain tells you damage is being done. You can create micro tears in the skin opening that heal over with non elastic scar tissue, making retraction more difficult. Stretches are to be firm but gentle.
Alternatively, you can ask the doctor for steroid cream that is made to loosen a tight foreskin. You have to use the cream in conjunction with the stretching so why not try the stretching first. Do not let the doctor even breathe the word: circumcision. Be very firm and tell them it is not an option. Find a new doctor if need be.
I know these stretches work because I am using many of the same ones to restore my foreskin,....and that is working pretty well.
Go to: www.norm.org and read about the reason and function of the foreskin. You will see how very fortunate you are to still have yours, and how misguided are those who promote circumcision.
Just because someone who probably does not have a clue what they are talking about says you have to retract your foreskin why do you think you have to do it? It is so silly to think that you have to do things to hurt yourself.
Your penis and your foreskin are a unique team. They work together almost always in perfect harmony. Some guys have a foreskin that retracts, so they retract it. Some guys have a foreskin that does not retract, so they leave it alone. Some guys have had their foreskin removed and no longer have a choice.
If your foreskin does not easily retract, do not try to force it to. It does not have to. You do not have to pull the foreskin back to put a condom on, to masturbate, or to have sex. It is an absolute nonsense to think so. It works just as well with the foreskin fully or partially over the head.
Some people label a tight foreskin as phimosis. Generally people with a tight foreskin do not have phimosis, they just have a tight foreskin. There are millions of guys in the world with this condition which is quite normal. The only abnormal thing is when you try to stretch a foreskin that does not need to be stretched or try to use medications that rarely have any beneficial result.
Just leave your foreskin as it was intended to be. Anything you do to yourself that hurts is normally not a good thing to do, so don't do it. That particularly includes the terrible mutilation of circumcision which will leave you mutilated and damaged for the rest of your life.
you might just want to stretch it a little everyday... preferably after the shower in the morning... do the stretch up to the point where it is comfortable to you... it is just skin anyway... so it can easily be stretched...
and then there are creams that can help you... but do the stretching first... no cost to it... of course... do it soon... the older you get... the tougher your skin gets... the harder it is to 'train' the skin...
if this is a problem that causes you pain you might want to see your doctor and possibly have the foreskin removed. if it doesn't cause you any pain then its not anything u have to worry about.
