tips for skinnier waist?in 4 days?
hi guys!i already have a nice and healthy body(yeah,i am a confident person;)
but i wanna wear a tight dress in 4 days,and i would like to be as good as possible!
no stupid tips like vomiting or drinking only water.i dont wanna ruin my metabolism.

Four days? Seems pretty intense!
The only thing that will truly work your waist are abdominal workouts.
Do you have free times the whole four days? If so, you could shave a few inches!
The key is to start SLOW!
Look up ab workouts and start in the morning.
Start with a few, then, as the day progresses, keep doing more.
Make your reps consistent and clean!
If you don't feel like it's working, it's probably not! Add more reps!
Drink water. OFTEN. Instead of big meals, eat "mini-meals"
and when you eat, eat until you are full, then stop.
DO NOT:
- Quit eating
- Stop drinking water
- Continuously work-out (Your body needs REST)

I have to same exact problem as you! I have a healthy body, but I want my waist to be smaller. It sucks, cause I don't think you can change the natural shape of your waist. I'm sure you look fine it it just as is. :)
