i was wondering if i'll have to take it out.i've got a tooth growing back up into my gums. i'm not exactly sure what they're going to do. i do know that i had to get permission from my doctor (b/c i'm pregnant) for them to use novacane and do x-rays. but really my question here is will i most likely have to or not have to take out my piercing??. I'm sure it would be best if you did take it out.... but it might start healing pretty quick. I have my lip pierced and I take the piercing out when I go to the dentist, but that's only for about half an hour at the most, so it's okay. I guess it depends on how long you've had the piercing, and for how long you'd need to have it out.Good luck!
