Halp, I accidentally added too much flour to my Kolaches than the recipe called for, 1/4 cup to be honest. Is there any way I can fix it, or do I have to restart the dough...?
If you want to perfect a certain recipes especially floured food which you usually add the dried ingredients last after the wet ingredients, then restart the whole process again. By adding wet ingredients to your already made dough, you are going to cause more damage and more wastage. Food in its entirety, is made to pleasure and satisfying whenever anyone eat it, if its not up to the standard, its going to go to the trash and that's more waste of time, effort and everything in between, especially your frustration and disappointment. Do it right or don't do it at all *
You will need to work out how much more of everything you used to water it down somewhat, probably more milk or water, depending on what the recipe calls for

Can you add more of the other ingredients to make a larger quantity... that might work.
