Transformers: War For Cybertron?
I know it does not have Offline Multiplayer, but can i do Online Multiplayer with my cousin using the same xbox. We have our own Gamertag can she log on and i log on and play online multiplayer like Halo i am able to use it. OF course will be on the same team.

No you cannot. There is no split screen option. You would have to have 2 systems, games, and tv's in order to play together.
