You do not block people on your computer, or unblock them, if they were blocked. You block the address on your E-mail account. Unblocking is the same procedure as blocking, but taking off the address as opposed to adding it, no matter what operating system you have on your computer. Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it
Options /mail options
Click on 'spam' in the list on the left.
Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' highlight the E-mail address you wish unblocked, and click on the 'remove' button, then click on 'save changes' at top left of screen.
You should start to get mail from that address again, if they send it.
