And if you want there are always nutritional drinks or protein powder. Some nutritional drinks may be super expensive like Ensures and Boost.. But you can give them a try if you can! I drink Carnation Instant Breakfast.. Look them up! :]

Well it could be your metabolism that's the issue. But here are some good tips to gaining weight.
Take what you are eating already and add 4 snacks each day. I will divide the snacks you should eat each day.
Monday: eat what you already and add these snacks on Monday:
1) cliff bar
2) half cup of cashews mixed w/ 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup of peanut M and M's
3) orange
4) 15 baby carrot sticks w/ full fat ranch dip
Tuesday: eat what you already and add these snacks on Tuesday:
1) luna bar
2) peanut butter (2 tbsp) and jelly (2 tbsp) on whole wheat bread (2 slices)
3) cup of frozen vanilla yogurt
4) banana and granola bar
Wednesday: eat what you already and add these snacks on Wednesday
1) balance bar
2) vanilla boost plus
3) 4 nutter butter cookies
4) cup of peanut nuts
Thursday: eat what you already and add these snacks on Thursday
1) kashi protein bar
2) dunkin donuts coffee cake muffin
3) apple
4) 6oz low fat fruited yogurt- and add a banana to it
Friday: eat what you already and add these snacks on Friday
1) cliff bar
2) cup of whole milk w/ cup and half your favorite cereal
3) peach

Snack: raw veggies w/ full fat ranch dip, cliff bar
Dinner: 4 stuffed shells w/ extra sauce and parmesan cheese, 2 slices garlic bread, garden salad w/ dressing
Dessert: 4 of your favorite cookies
Snack: cup of your favorite cereal, cup of orange juice, whole milk
Sunday: EAT THIS EXACTLY
Breakfast: cinnamon bun, 3 scrambled eggs, slice of toast w/ jelly, cup of orange juice
Snack: luna bar and 6oz low fat dannon yogurt
Lunch: tuna sandwich w/ lettuce and tomato, 2 cheese sticks, celery sticks w/ 3 tbsp. peanut butter, snack bag of pop corn
Snack: 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 4 of your favorite cookies
Dinner: meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, dinner roll and butter, cup of whole milk
Dessert: 2 slices of apple pie w/ extra whip cream
Snack: peach and 9 ritz crackers
Also each day if your still hungry add another cliff bar or vanilla boost plus- or both if you can manage.
