I know it's gross but I'm worried. I haven't been passing stools regularly for the past week or so and have had some nausea over the past few days. When I do pass one it contains undigested food, and not things like corn but pieces of bread and stuff. I have a high fibre diet and drink lots of water and get lots of exercise. What could be wrong? :\

Nothing. This particular batch of food just went through your bowel faster than usual and most of it was not broken down nor digested. The nausea could be an indication you have a mild bug of some sort and once this goes away, the digestion of your food should go back to normal.
reason # a million:specific meals have a cellulose overlaying. people won't be able to digest cellulose. in case you swallow a corn kernel with out suitable chewing, that's going to bypass undigested. Peas, too, yet to a lesser volume. reason #2: If it became nutrition you ate basically an hour in the past, you had a important "sell off". there are a variety of of motives for this, and if it happens many times, see your scientific expert. yet I digress. in this condition the nutrition passes throughout the intestinal tract so immediately that it does no longer have time to digest, so which you notice some undigested nutrition on your stool.
