A few days ago I started having upper middle abdominal pain after eating a lot that day, and middle back pain. My esophagus feels kinda dry. What could be wrong? I'll see the doctor if it doesn't get any better of course.

A deficiency in any of the B-vitamins (vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, etc..) and magnesium. the B-vitamins effects the nerves system in our bodies (and a deficiency in vitamin B12 and vitamin B5 even cause abdominal pain!!). You might want to take a vitamin B-complex supplement (it's like a multivitamin, but has only the B-vitamins in it) and a magnesium supplement. you can always get your nutrient levels checked out. the nurse will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them.
