Venlafaxine/Effexor & vomiting?
I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now and I'm just fed up, I was sick in the middle of the day last week (having missed a dose the day before, then taking my normal dose the next day) and my dose has now been increased (to only 75mg) and I was again sick last night..I'm taking these pills for anxiety, I get anxious about vomiting..I don't see the point in taking them when they're increasing this anxiety because they're making me sick!! What are your experiences/advice?

Mental health is very important. I feel from your mental health point of view, you should immediately consult a professionally qualified doctor and discuss with him threadbare about your problem. He will be able to rightly diagnose your problem and give treatment.
venlafaxine made me sooo sick when i first started taking it-it was horrible. it did get better after about 6 weeks, but i think you should go back to your doctor and ask about alternatives, as there are lots of anti anxiety medications available that may suit you better.
