Very small bump under armpit?
There is a very small bump on the inside of my armpit, although I can only tell it's a bump when I raise my arm. It's painful to touch it, and it hurts a little when I raise my arm. I just shaved about a day ago, could that be it? Or is it something else?

you most likely have some form of minor cyst or inflammation from your shaving.
Just use a warm compress on it and keep it dry and it should go away in a few days
