ok so the past 2 or 3 days i havent been able to stop eating ive just been going nuts and my stomach always feels empty. i dont know what could be going on :S

Any ideas anyone? ive been drinking water all day long probably like 4 litres, i got these massive glasses i drink out of. and like 10 full massive meals a day and i cant seem to stop being hungry i dont know whats going on and all of my meals have been healthy, none of it is junk food. i donno whats going on, tell me if u can

barely hit puberty, im like 6 feet tall and i can buy smokes for my friend without a fake ID they think i go to university :/
