Yeah, as others have said, there really aren't any. SF isn't known for it's warm climate (tepid, sure... but not outright warm). And the coast is usually colder/windier than the rest of the city. Same for Daly City.
If you go across the Bay to Alameda, it will likely get you an extra few degrees (though not that much warmer), and there's a reasonably nice beach along the SW coast of the island. Easy enough to get there and more likely to be sunny, at least.
If you venture out, there are also a lot of lakes (Lake Berryessa, etc...), the Sacramento River Delta, etc... that would probably be even warmer and have some beachy areas, but also farther out of the way.
It's somewhat sunny now, wonderful actually, but could be raining again in April. Even if it's not, best to bring a jacket & especially a knit hat for the wind. You'd have to check to see if you should take along an umbrella. If you're lucky, you could sit or walk on the beach dressed warmly, sweatshirts at the very least.
Could drive up north & climb on the rocks if they're not too wet & slippery. You'd definitely need a knit hat & probably a jacket. If you don't believe me when I suggest the knit hat, take a look at the trees, attractively shaped by the breeze & looking like large bent versions of Bonsai. You don't want to come away with an earache. I've sometimes needed a knit hat even in the summer. There's a reason h.s. kids cut school in October. It may be only the time it's warm enough to swim in the ocean.
Still you might enjoy walking on the white sands farther south in the Carmel & Pacific Grove area. You still might need the knit hat, jacket, & umbrella, depending on the weather.
Wherever you go, pay close attention to the signs where it gives hours of high tide. Those signs are there for a safety reason. Also, If you have a dog, don't let it off the leash. Many people die going after their dogs who've been swept out to sea. Why not go to Golden Gate Park & toss a Frisbee back & forth on the grass & ask someone to teach you the names of the trees? That could be fun, too.
This time of year they're pretty scarce. It's rainy, and even if it's in the 60s in the city, at the beaches it can be quite cold and foggy. I wouldn't plan on being warm.
Sure however its been years I started to a couple weeks in the past. But as I started to pressure up to the curve towards them, They started Staring me Down! It totally freaked me out. I received relatively fearful they usually made themselves unapproachable to me with the aid of acting all desperate and watching me! So I just left and did not purchase some thing. Gosh! Why the entire staring? I admire the thin mints.

West San Francisco and Daly City is very foggy and cold in April and May. They not good place to sun bath. However surfing is very fun.
Every beach is cold until you get to Santa Barbara. It is too cold to sun bathe. It warms up September.
CHONOGRAN: There is no such thing as West San Francisco. It is Ocean Beach.

Good luck with that. Bring a blanket.
