Weight loss struggles!!!?

I work out like 6 days out of a week without equipment, and I always eat a balanced meal but still Im struggling with slimming down. I can slim down a bit but I end up gaining the weight back even though I hardly do anything different with my routine. Help please! I dont get it and its a bit frustrating. :(
