I need help on the filler episodes. Each time, they get longer on how many I need to skip.

I was on episode 204 where the rest of the captains where going to fight the espada in the city, but than the next episode was with the blonde girl again. When does it go back to the battle?

And, if you know what are all the filler episodes?
