I'm half Filipino half Chinese, and I'd have to say it's when our entire family gets together. My mom has a huge extended family and it's nice to catch up with all my cousins, second cousins, aunt and uncles, etc.
Update:plus, the food rocks too =p

I honestly don't know, I've never actually thought about this.
I agree with the other answerer's, I love the food, fiestas, karaokes and many other things. But I guess my absolute favorite part about being a Filipino is that we're just a kind of a happy go lucky people.
We will live and let live because we believe that things will work out for the best. When bad things do happen we don't make it worse by acting in fear we take things in stride and keep moving forward knowing our family will always be there.
As 内在想法 S.J. said "family always first."
Being a Filipino is being UNIQUE.
Our brown colored skin (foreigners call it exotic), the delicious food we serve (lechon, kare-kare, bagoong, sinigang), The Filipino hospitality and cordial people, the never say die spirits, eating using bare hands, the love for our family, our 7,107 islands and a coastline twice the part of the United States, we've got 170 local dialects but still manages to speak fluent English and Tagalog, Simbang Gabi and the way we celebrate Christmas Season (it is said that Phils. has the longest holiday season in the world), our love for festivities, the humor that's why we have low rates of suicide rates, our creativity and most of all the BRAVENESS... From Lapu-lapu to Andres Bonifacio, Jose Rizal, Ninoy Aquino and now Cory Aquino.... (as Bamboo's song goes... Hoy Pinoy Ako.. Buo Aking Loob may Agimat ang dugo ko!!!)
I'm half Taiwanese and half Filipino, and I like being Filipino because my Filipino side's happy and always loud and noisy which makes me happy and you're never depressed around a happy Filipino family & for the fact that for many of the Filipinos, family's always first!
