It varies. I was 6 weeks pregnant before I even felt anything different & if I hadn't known I was pregnant I wouldn't have noticed the symptoms. Of course PMS & pregnancy symptoms are pretty much the same, so anything you feel could be related to either.

Who needs to wait for a missed period? My breasts hurt so bad about 5 days before I missed my period that I knew something was happening.
Of course, there are also people who totally escape all pregnancy symptoms.

4-6 weeks usually. Sometimes it's longer!
