well with Orochimaru there's plenty of possibilities, last we heard Itachi used a special sword during his battle with Sauske to absorb Orochimaru and seal him away in a genjutsu like world...then again Kabuto also absorbed some of Orochimaru as he revealed to Naruto, Kakashi and sakura so he still has a chance to emerge through there. I don't expect him around anytime soon but as one of the last Sannin and expect his return.

But O Yea! Orochimaru, is something else he is powerful and overwhelming. Justlike Sasuke. (who is no where near like Orochimaru, except the power). Unfortunitly Sasuke will kill him claiming he is cruel and evil, and nothing like an Uchiha.

he has died contained in the manga...first Sasuke devoured him up whilst Orochimaru tried to take over Sasuke's physique...then he got here out whilst Sasuke fought against Itachi, yet Itachi trapped him into some everlasting genjutsu worldwide or somemthing nicely no contained in the manga he blew himself up and died

Well, he gets absorbed by Sasuke (I don't remember when because it was a long time ago), then he comes back out in the Itachi vs Sasuke fight and Itachi kills him of good in about 3 seconds.

well they say sasuke kills him, but he might come back through kabuto...so until i see it happen, he's dead to me lol...enjoy it while it lasts
