Hi, I Have a pair of Sony Subwoofer (300w RMS)
but i don't know which amp will work better, my options

those are 4 channel amps (thats why it says 4 x ____) this is commonly referred to as a "speaker amp" because it is designed to power 4 speakers at a relatively low wattage when compared to subs.
However they surprisingly offer a decent wattage when ran bridged at 4 OHMS. Go with the amp that gives them 280 watts at 4 OHMS when bridged. That will match up pretty well with the subs. MB Quart is the winner!
I'd like to mention with all due respect that both of these amps aren't considered to be good quality. You get what you pay for and with these amps and sony subs you might be disappointed. I hope it sounds great!

This amp will play cleaner, better THD.
You will not starve your voice speakers you give them 70 rms watts vs 95.
The higher the watts and OHMS the better...
