The Huntsman from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" because on the rare occasions when I start out doing something I know is wrong I'll change my mind and do the right thing.
There aren't many male villains in Disney, but I would have to say Kaa the snake from jungle book (although many of my friends would describe me more like Prince John from the animated Robin Hood).

I would say the original Disney villain, the Wicked Queen from Snow White.
I guess I can be cold, imperious and vain. But I look good doing it.
And I would totally destroy a simpering little ninny like that Snow White. Jeesh, she's annoying.
;)
Either Xanatos from Gargoyles, or Shere Khan the tiger from that stupid Disney TV series where the bear Baloo was a pilot.
Khan was some kind of corporate-type who ran this huge company, but he was SO efficient and brilliant.
Cruella DaVille
Millificent. She's the one who turns into a dragon, isn't she? A dragon is close to a spitfire, which I have been called on more than one occasion.
Donald duck co'z he's a villain sometimes to chip and dale...Foolish and infuriating s

Ursula from the little mermaid
Mine would be the one from Sleeping Beauty. I can be mean if someone doesn't invite me to something!!! LOL!
