Say you have an average piece of real estate versus an average dividend paying stock.
Which is usually a higher percentage value, the dividends from stocks to the stock price, or the rent income compared to real estate price?

your investment is liquid, and doesn't come with property taxes, insurance, maitenance hassles etc.
