While EdoEdo did not answer your question and we don't know if your university will have American Sign Language (ASL) classes and you are not in the US of America but they may offer another sign language. If your options are limited to English or Spanish I would say Spanish because your English looks okay!
@Crown- Sign Language of any country is not only for people who can't hear! It's for anyone who wants to learn and would to communicate with others who cannot hear, AKA Deaf people or Hard of Hearing people. Signing is awesome and I have a really neat and well paying job as an interpreter because of it and there are many other fields that could use sign language users. Even if you cannot take a sign language course you could find information on Algerian Sign Language in your community.
Smile.
Neither is BETTER than the other - it's just, which would be more interesting for you? In your place I'd want to choose Spanish - imagine going to visit Aranjuez ... the Alhambra ... think of the history of Spain in the Middle Ages ... to know both Arabic and Spanish, you are so lucky!
You seem to be pretty good at English already! Spanish would not be too difficult for you if you already know French.
Dear sign language is for people who can't hear....You should take English because alot of people who speak the language is growing around the world, plus you have a friend to practice with in me, :) if you like to practice English and get better then please send me a message ok? :) I love meeting people from around the world!
Based on your location, Spanish.
Ok so this depends on what you want to do when you graduate. I suggest looking up what you wish to do career wise. Then pick based on career locations.
You seem to do with your English good ... Hey, I got an idea, why don't you take an American Sign Languages (ASL)?
