Love the name Sidney (though I prefer it as Sydney). And my favorite from those would be Sidney James or Walter Sidney. I love how Sidney James flows. It's almost pretty but masculine at the same time. With Walter Sidney I once again love both names. And I adore the nickname Walt. However, I'd go with Sidney James over Walter Sidney just for the fact that Walter is a little more dated than Sidney.
Walter Sidney, Sidney works for both boy and girl and often proves to be awkward. Walter sounds prestigious while Sidney seems like the name of a scuba diver (not saying scuba divers can't be prestigious, just reminds me of them).
HOWEVER, Walter Douglas would be an even better name in my opinion.
I'd pick Walter Sidney, just because I really dislike Sidney but like Walter OK. Sidney makes me picture a whiny, nerdy kid, whereas Sid makes me picture a big hairy plumber. Walter would be handsomer as a first name, and Sidney isn't as bad in the middle.

Sidney James
Favorite: Sidney Harrison -- sounds distinguished, and has differing numbers of syllables (which I always thinks sounds better)
Sidney James -- sounds young and chic
Sidney Douglas -- too many s's and d's
Sidney William -- sound unimaginative
Walter Sidney -- sounds old and Jewish
Sidney Harrison or maybe Sidney Walter(:
