So i am lactose intolerant, and i can tolerate very little about of milk or lactose. I want a good quality protein powder but still affordable that is lactose free and i will not have to return to the store.

I have tried before these and they are okay and they work but i want to try something different:

1) optimum nutrition Egg protein - works of course its not milk based.

2) GNC 100% whey - horrible, i had the runs within 15 minutes and horribly dehydrated

3) DYMATIZE nutrition whey isolate - worked good but gives me a sore throat for some reason. it says zero lactose on it and i think it is very close to zero lactose.

What about casein protein?
