Which RAM is better and why?

Price difference is rudimentary, so I want to know which will give me more performance. I may also overclock later on.

DDR3 RAM it's the lastest RAM designed to boost speed on the new microprocessor chipsets. SDRAM is now a thing of the past.
DDR3 RAM is easly better then the rest because its 10x as fast as SDRAM
