Both are good weapons, and extremely accurate for their rates of fire. But the P-90 carries more ammo, is caseless, and fires faster. So in a cqb situation it would probably be better. However if your enemy gets too close the Mp5 would be better because its more traditionally shaped and you can use it for rifle fighting.
