I know white eyeliner can be used on the inside of your eyelids to create a "wide awake and fresh" look. I bought some and it didn't show up! Am I doing something wrong? Is there a really good brand out there? Please help!!!

It's probably too hard. You need something soft to make it show up. Try warming up your eyeliner before you use it. If it doesn't work try the Shu Uemura one. It is by far the best.
I'm a singer and we use white eyeliner on stage to make our eyes look bigger. You can use it everyday just make sure that it's blended a bit.
As for products...I usually use the cheap ones you find at the pharmacy or Mr. Frosty from Benefit...but Here's what I found online:

white eyeliner will make you look dead
people use it on stage in the inside part of their eye to make it look bigger
If it's not showing up, you could try some white matte eyeshadow. It's easier to apply and you can layer it to your liking of opacity.
maybe its the brand cus i bought me some n.y.c white eye line once and it didnt show one bit
try putting the tip over a lighter and let it cool a bit and then put it on. i heard that works.
Well if you are colored then that might be why it is not showingg up
