Well if you do not like any of the answers you can put your question to vote..
But if you want to choose the best answer yourself you have to wait for at least 4 hours after you post the question.When you go to your question 4 hours later you will see a blue box with -choose as best answer..Pick the nswer you think is best,you then rate them with stars 5 for an excellent answer OR 1 for an ok answer,there is also a box to write a thank you or a comment to the person who you have given b/a to,you then press submit and it registers that as best answer.
If it's your question, YOU have the right to take first crack at choosing the best answer.
So after 4 hours, go back to your question It’s the time the blue bar will come up on the answers on your question that will say ‘Choose as best answer’.
(To go to your question, click on your YA avatar/screen name to open your profile. Go down the page to where your ‘My Questions’/’My Answers’ folder is).
Click on the answer you think is the best (helped you the most or you liked the most). Then rate it (1 being so so, 5 being the best) and then comment, if you want to.
You get 3 points when you vote the best answer.
If you take no action and the question expires, it automatically goes to a vote.

A new page will open showing questions that are for voting.
