Rosberg constantly outperforms him... I don't believe he can't simply adjust to today's cars as he is saying.. Maybe he doesn't like his team? Or Is he just getting old?
Age catches up with us all, Rosberg is young, and Schumacher is the oldest driver on the grid. But this year, I think Schumacher has had the upper hand over Nico this year, he is certainly better than he was last season
Other than age with is a minor factor as his ex teamate Barichello could produce results when he was at Brawn 2 years ago. Apart from Ross Brawn, he is missing most of his core members that helped him with his career (Rory Bryne, Nigel Stepney) another factor is that he is used to pre 2007 driver's aid that helped him to dominate the early half of last decade

Age, and the team isn't one of the top 3. Even Renault have had some better results this year (Melbourne and Malaysia).
