Why is my spine tender and painful?
I feel like my spine is made of cement and the cement is crunching together and crumbling apart. When i press on my spine it is sore. I've started to develop very poor posture and when I sit up straight i hear things pop and crunch and it hurts. I'm only 24, what's wrong with my back? Would going to a chiropractor help? What's causing my spine to be sore to the touch?

A chiropractor could help. Go for a consultation. They will do some x-rays and a few tests to see what's up and let you know what they can do to help you. If they can't, they will refer you elsewhere.
Yeah I would consider going to a DR.
