What are wyverns like? How many legs do they have? Do they have wings? Can they breathe fire?
Same question about drakes, wyrms, European dragons, and Chinese dragons.
And are wyverns, drakes, and wyrms all considered types of dragons?

Scaly winged creatures with 2 legs. Yes they can breathe fire.
Drakes were i think 4 legged dragons that usually could breathe fire.
A wyrm, like lindworms, had either no feet or two feet, rarely 4, and i can't recall those breathing fire. Some could make gems from their spit, though, (well that one is a cuelebre-pronounced kay-luh-breh)and others had toxic breath.
European dragons fit all the above. Some Hungarian dragons called Sarkanys were like lizard men with several heads and could speak, an one Russian dragon was a humanoid knight with wings and snakes coming out of him, called Tugarin Zmeyevich.
Chinese dragons can fit the above (except for the human like ones) though usually they were god like and wise, with 4 legs and i think 5 toes on each foot.
Dragon is a large term encompassing a lot of mythical creatures. They are generally accepted as having reptilian features.
Dragons vary a lot depending on the legend and period. For example, some European legends have dragons being giant snakes with bat wings and pig legs. Some of them have dragons being big winged lizards that breathe fire.
But the main difference between European dragons and Chinese dragons is their behaviour. Dragon in European myths are generally violent, aggressive and extremely territorial/greedy creatures, they are generally seen as evil.
Chinese dragons can be dangerous but are not necessarily evil. They are closer to powerful or divine animals than to demonic monsters.
A wyvern is a specific type of dragon with only two legs (the other two members are the wings).
Depending on the representation the legs can be posterior while the wings are the anterior members (like birds) or the legs can be placed like anterior members (like arms) and its tail acts as a snakes body.
The term "wyvern" is is related to the French word "vouivre/guivre" (same meaning) and they both descend from the Latin "vipera" (viper).
Drake is just an other term for a dragon. From the latin draco (dragon).
A wyrm is generally more snakelike as a dragon, it has no legs. It's directly related to the English term "worm" and in Old English, a wyrm was a snake or a worm.
The answer to your last question is yes, they are all types of dragons. They are different names for the same idea. Most dragons of all kinds had 4 legs. some had wings, some not. Some could breathe fire, some not. Chinese dragons were considered good luck, and in European tales they were always bad.
I think a dragon would win.
in a fight a dragon would win since wyverns are considered the lesser cousins of the 2
