if you mean 1.2 cm and that your dilated 2 cm then yes you could give birth very soon normal cervix should be 3 cm at least anything below that and you should at least be on bed rest but you should know that your doctor should consider giving you steroid shots to help the lungs but most babies born now are ok but may need a little help breathing.

It means your cervix is effaced about 75% and you are dilated to 2.5cm.

A normal cervix is 4cm long, 1cm = 75% effaced, 2cm = 50% 3cm effaced = 25% effaced, 4cm = 0% effaced.

You could carry to 40 or more weeks with that. It doesn't really tell you much.
