Ok so I have tried to figure this out on my own on the Internet but to no avail. I have this issue with speech that is kinda embarrassing and annoying. I very frequently speak nonsense or jibberish. I literally have to slow my brain down all the time and monitor what I say. So for example I will say to someone, " would you like to got to lunch"? But when I open my mouth to speak it comes out as heyblidibiballedi. This isn't a every now and again thing it's literally all the time. I have learned how to control it but sometimes it still slips out. Is this a real speech impediment? Could I have a neurological disorder? Am I the only person in the world who has this chronic problem?

I have the same problem! I think I have it because I'm autistic, but I honestly don't know. I've tried researching, but there really isn't anything that describes this. It could be a type of thought disorder.
No you aren't the only one to have this problem. It probably doesn't come from a speech disorder, which is a disorder of articulation. I suspect in is more neurological in origin and may be related to a expressive language disorder, which is different from a speech disorder, as it originates in the language processing area of your brain. There seems to be an impairment in the neurological processes that allowed the information produced in your brain, to come out in expressive language.
There are also receptive language deficits that originate in this area as well. These folks have difficulty with understanding spoken language, but do just fine when reading. If you can express yourself fairly well in writing, then you may have difficulty with producing verbal language. I encourage you to look up "language impairment," on the 'Net. You may find yourself. By the way, there are therapies for these disorders.
