Okay, so this is a serious question. My niece got the **** beat out of her yesterday on the school bus. (Mind you she is 13 years old) She got beat by two other girls on the bus. My sister In-Law took her to the doctor and they sent her straight to the ER for a Cat Scan, she came back with a bruised liver and was so sore she could barley talk or walk. (Mind you again she is only in MIDDLE SCHOOL) So my sister In-Law went to the school this morning to talk to the Principal, and Administrator about it. The Deputy that is assigned to the school was there with my niece. They were watching the video from the bus and you can see something happening but you can not see my niece getting hit. So my niece lost the fight against the school and the two children that injured my niece are getting detention for "horseplay" What kind of steps can we take to get some serious help my niece has a bruised liver. Not to mention the mental stress and fears about going back to school.

1. The parent of your niece should talk the parents of the girls who did this. I am pretty sure that that they will do something about it and if you don't... Take it to court. Your niece is all the evidence you need.
2.There is no treatment for a bruised liver and i think that it will heal by itself. I am sorry for what has happened to your niece.
Go to court. Your niece is evidence enough and her bruised liver. Do something about those psychopathic chicks before they literally do someone in. U will be doing them a great service.
