My last period was about two weeks ago and I've already experienced the mucus-like discharge and mild cramping that occurs with ovulation. However, for the past 4 to 5 days I've had a clumpy white and sometimes yellowish discharge similar to that of a yeast infection, without the burning and itching. I've also been having severe cramping in my lower back that has been bad enough that it's difficult to get comfortable at night to sleep. Occasionally the cramping spreads to my lower abdomen, more intensely in the lower right quadrant. I've had yeast infections and bacterial infections with similar symptoms before, but never with the cramping this bad in my back. Does anyone know if this is because of a bacterial infection again, or possibly something else?
Update:Thank you everyone for the help; I'm already setting up an appointment with my doctor.

well I've suffered with urine infections
for 6 months i did and i know everything about them,
clumpy white discharge sounds like thrush i had it to
and didn't have signs of itchiness or anything
so go tell your doctor about that, and it sounds like
its gone to your kidneys and instead of a urine infection
starting in your urine its gone right to your kidneys
as they always told me that untreated urine infections can
lead up to your kidneys, but i also know someone who
had a urine infection, got it treated then a week later
it was in her kidney, so go to your doctor with a urine sample
and explain the pain and what you think it is, he will give you
antibiotics then you will feel fine, good luck i know how you feel
and its not nice so get it sorted :) x
it seems as though you have an infection in your kidneys..bladder infections that go untreated can move to your kidneys...go to a doctor because it could get really serious
yes that is what it seems.
an infection in your kidneys! andd Ohh if that infection gets in your blood it will be bad.
so see your physician ASAP!
and what ever you do do not rub it! do not massage it. you will only make it worse.
goodluck. and god bless.
