I did some research that apparently Tite Kubo confirmed his death in an interview, but I can't find that interview any where online. Some people say that the summary of the interview was inaccurate and Grimmjow's death was no confirmed. Does anyone know where I can find this interview?
Update:He didn't die?! Wow, that's such a relief! Thanks for telling me! :D

I don't know where you do your "research" but it's completely BS. Grimmjow never died and Kubo never confirmed as much. he actually said Grimmjow and Hallibel survived and as the latest chapters have shown, Grimmjow is the one responsible for defeating Kirge.
Actually, Kubo did the exact opposite - during the Jump Festa 2011 he confirmed that Grimmjow survived.
In one of the last chapters, a mysterious swordsman appeared and saved Urahara.
His face wasn't really shown, but based on the way he speaks and his clothes, it's 99.99% sure that it's Grimmjow.
It was never shown in the anime that he dies and I believe it is the same for the manga, my reference would be http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Grimmjow_Jaegerjaquez where it stated that he was protected and survived
