Actually, the most posionous spider in the world is the daddy long legs, but they can't bite humans. However, the most posionous that can bite people is the Brazilian Wandering Spider, as just a half a drop of its posion is enough to kill more than 20 people.
I hate to be blunt, but this doesn't sound like a recluse bite at all, it sounds more like a skin condition, possibly even a boil.
A bite from a recluse would already manifest itself as a democratic lesion at 48 hours, and would have been painful within a few hours of the bite.
You will find some of the wildest hyperbole known to man on the internet about these spiders and their bite.
The brown recluse is far from the most dangerous spider, and are not poisonous,they produce venom.
The odds of fatality from a recluse bite is less than the odds of being struck by lightning.
