Hello,,been there done that. It is a basic starvation diet. Here's the recipe I got it back in the 1980's,,it is lengthy. It is also called the MALNUTRITION DIET !
"DIET SOUP"lose 10-17 lbs in 7 days and feel great too.
Followed correctly it works, great for slimming down fast.
A.K.A MIRACLE SOUP,, ingredients
6 large onions,2 green peppers,1 large head cabbage,1large bunch celery,1 pkg.onion soup mix(lipton),
3 lg.tomatos(canned ok),1 lg.can tomato juice and equal water.
DAY 1-SOUP-all fruits(no bananas)all the fruit you want. melons are very good.
DAY 2-SOUP-all vegetatbles.Fresh raw or cooked. Green leafy a must! No beans-peas-or corn.Large baked potato is ok,w/some butter.
DAY 3-SOUP-fruits & veggies(like first day,no potatos)
DAY 4-SOUP-no more than 8 bananas, drink only skim milk.
DAY 5-SOUP-10-12 oz. beef and veggies (no potatos)
DAY 7-SOUP-brown rice- unsweetened fruit juice & veggies
*****You must eat this soup 2 times per day, the more you eat the more you lose. Snack only on veggies and fruits. Salt, spices and herbs are ok.Follow the guidelines here and you will slim down!!. If you eat melons only for fruits you will lose more. Adding meat to the recipe reduces the diet results.Eating soup at bedtime will help you lose more. NO BEANS, PEAS, or CORN.
OK? let me say I did lose weight ,but there is nothing in this to keep you going(except to the bathroom, don't plan on going very far away ,lol)
ALSO!! I made this huge kettle of soup but did not realize how to keep it fresh for the whole week(younger and dumber)so plan on either making some more during the week . If you can resist the cravings for FOOD during the week you'll do better then I did!! Good Luck !!

Hitting the gym is important for weight loss
Drink plenty of water daily
do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section
try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories
dog paddle for 17 minutes
drink lots of water
indulge your inner dork and do 27 underwater handstands
eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight
do a few biceps curls each time you pick up shopping bags
