I'm out of sausage and have a roll of lean pork tenderloin, it looks similar to the sausage we normally use. Can I replace the two in my spaghetti? Will it have a bad taste? What dishes can I make with Pork Tenderloin??

pork cooked in spaghetti sauce is so good, helps it tenderize, and is delicous
It will not taste the same as sausage because sausage has spices in it. You could add the spices to the sauce but it still will not taste the same as the sausage has the flavorings in it. You can use any pork such as spare ribs, pork chops or tenderloin.
I think pork tenderloin would be delicious in spaghetti. You could brown them on the outside and cook in the sauce slowly, causing them to become tender and fall apart. Or you could chop them up small and use like you would pieces of sausage.

If it is ground pork, that will work too. Just brown it same as ground beef. If you like sausage, maybe you could add some extra seasoning to the meat like fennel, garlic, pepper, sage, etc. which are usually found in sausage.
I use ground pork usually as part of the filling for stuffed peppers and eggplant, gyoza, and add to beef or ground turkey to make meatloaf.
By a roll of lean port tenderloin, do you mean "ground" pork? If so, brown it in a pan and then add it to your spaghetti.
