Can you schedule jobs in Outlook 2003? ?
I want emails over a certain age moved from a specific folder to another for archiving purposes. So once the email is a week old to move from custom folder A to custom folder B.
I don't think Auto Archive is what I want, but along the same lines. I want to schedule it to run the check for old emails when I open or close outlook.

unfortunately, no there isn't a way to do that. Archiving to a file on your harddrive is the only method provided by Outlook. There isn't anyway to have it automatically move items to another mail folder based on a date/time period.
