I'm going this week to check out the Boston campus. I'm thinking about going there for their baking and pastry certificate. I believe it's like $30k though. Is it worth it? Have any of you already taken the program?
I'm finishing my associates in Business this June and am looking to get into some time of baking and pastry programs soon after. I want to open my own bakery within the next 5 years.
