I have hypothyroidism. I lately have been feeling dizzy and having headaches. Today I almost fell over while sitting because I was so dizzy. My headaches have made it hard for me to think clearly and obviously hurt. I am taking my Levothyroxine. Help!

Perhaps your dose needs increasing. I hope you are rechecked regularly ... every 6 wks to start then later every 6 mos. If not, you need a new doctor. There are supplements that help...Selenium is one of them.
Here is some info:
TSH ‘norm’ should be .3 – 3 (w/ most feeling best at < 2) but would not matter if ANTIBODIES are present. Indicative of Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Thyroiditis (cycles between hyper & hypo at start)…main cause of HypOthyroid & is worse (...OR Graves Disease - HypERthyroid).
WARNING: Doctors seem not to want to find/treat thyroid disease. You may have to go to more than one doctor before you get the right tests, interpretation, and treatment. Best wishes.
