Do girls voices change?

What do you mean by change? If you mean "get deeper" than no. But it does become richer as your skull gets larger. With the larger resonating chamber (skull and sinuses), your voice gets more overtones and becomes very different to create and control.

If you are worried about it, find a classical voice teacher. They can teach you proper basic technique that can be translated into whatever type of music you want to sing. Also, correct training in the beginning will keep you from having serious physical problems down the road.

I'm a 17 year old girl and my voice didn't change really at all. Sure it matures a little bit, but not enough to really affect your singing voice.

Girls voices change somewhat, but not nearly as much as guys. A boy can start out as a soprano, and be a bass when he matures. However it's not uncommon for a girl to start out the the vocal range she has through her entire life. It "Matures" but doesn't deepen a whole lot.

yeah a bit but that wont make u any better of a singer. so you shud just take singing lessons if ur not good and thats why you want your voice to change. sorry if that comes off as mean im tired and im very straight forward when im this way (:
